Name:  Bottom Seal for Automatic Drop-Down Doors

Color: Natural Aluminum Finish 

Features:  
  • The sealing strip automatically lowers when the door closes, with a drop distance of 15 mm.  
  • Effectively blocks smoke, dust, insects, noise, and drafts.  

Applications:  
  1. The concealed, fully integrated design maintains the door’s visual continuity, making it suited to premium interior door assemblies.
  2. Installed at the bottom of the door, the automatic drop seal deploys on closing to create a continuous seal between door and floor.
  3. The sealing ensures ensuring effortless operation while blocking dust, odors, insects, heat, and noise.
  4. ​Independently performance-tested for service life up to 100,000 open/close cycles

Specifications:  
  • Available lengths: 800–1500 mm  
  • Customizable according to door width requirements.  
  • Custom lengths available upon request. Please contact for details.  

Cutting Instructions:  
  • This product can be installed on either side of the door according to the door’s opening direction.  
  • The brass head must always be positioned on the hinge side.  
  • Do not cut on the brass head side.  
  • For surface-mounted models, remove the detachable outer housing before trimming the seal insert, then cut the housing accordingly.  

Notes:  
  • The product requires oversized packaging, hence home delivery service is mandatory with a fixed shipping fee of NT$120. 
  • Customized items are not eligible for cancellation or return in accordance with consumer protection regulations regarding customized goods.  
  • The trimming length should be no more than 100 mm. 
  • Please specify the required custom cut length in millimeters (1 cm = 10 mm) when placing your order.  
  • Contact customer service before placing any custom order to confirm feasibility and specifications.

  1. Concealed Type: Designed for embedding in the lower edge of the door leaf for a sleek and invisible appearance.  
  • Heavy-duty: Suitable for wooden or aluminum doors (HC2021, HC2022).  
  • Light-duty: Suitable for glass doors (Model HC2036).
  • Surface-Mounted Type: 
    • Externally mounted for easy installation. Comes with an aesthetic cover plate for a neat appearance even when surface-mounted.  
    • Model HC2061 (with Black or Aluminum natural finishs).
